Barnaby leads GRC, ESG and Industrial Cyber Security recruitment in Wenham Carter’s enterprise technology team. He helps grow Series A-E startups and large SaaS vendors, having built out Sales, Presales and Implementation teams across multiple regions. He also assists Sales, Product and Marketing leaders with finding opportunities in interesting companies.

With a background in market research and holding a Master’s in Philosophy, Barnaby’s research skills enable him to rapidly develop an understanding of a client’s requirements and the talent pool available to meet their needs.
