Over 7 years James established the automotive division of his former company, building specialist engineering teams for OEM’s, Tier 1’s and innovative start-ups globally. He has been brought on by Wenham Carter in 2024 to lead an executive search team of deep sector experts at the forefront of Automotive & Future Mobility, focusing on Board/C-Suite talent through to engineering leadership, with capability to scale world-class specialist engineering teams.
